Derek Albert has more than thirty years of business and government experience. In 2002, after a successful career in corporate America, he opened Albert and Associates Inc., a governmental relations consulting firm that’s licensed in twelve states. He currently represents multiple Fortune 100 and 500 companies, and several local government agencies throughout the nation. Mr. Albert has focused on governmental relations, strategic planning, business development, public relations and educational programs. His collective successes have earned him the deserved respect and credibility in corporate America and with government officials. In 2015, he co-founded Dent Advisors LLC, a financial advisory firm that specializes in reducing unfunded OPEB liability. Currently, he serves on several boards, is the Chairman of the Business Roundtable for the National Organization of Black County Officials, and is a member of NOBCO’s Board of Directors.
