COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
COMMUNITY

At Phase 2, we not only help our clients engage in meaningful relationship building in communities across the country, we lead by example and share our own blueprint for corporate social responsibility, personal commitment, nonprofit service, and corporate compassion with our clients. We believe we have an obligation to give back to the communities that have supported us, to make the world a better place than we found it, and to serve as positive role models for those around us.

Our team has decades of experience in community empowerment, civil rights activism, pro bono work, and nonprofit service. We have given millions of dollars and countless hours of our time to support nonprofit work over the years.

In 2012, the firm funded the launch of the Perennial House, a transitional home for teen moms, through its work with the Healthy Babies Project in Washington, DC. In 2015 after the tragic shooting at the historic Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church in Charleston, S.C., the firm donated $500,000 to several nonprofits that work to promote tolerance and inclusion.
