She is the founder of RS Consulting & Marketing, a boutique firm that specializes in strategic marketing, business development, and brand storytelling. For nearly 20 years, Rosemary has worked across hospitality, luxury, technology, sports, and media—developing brand strategies, launching products, and forging meaningful partnerships that drive strategic growth. Known for her collaborative, hands-on approach, she works closely with founders, CEOs, and executive teams to solve complex challenges and bring bold ideas to life.

At the heart of Rosemary’s work is a core belief: use data to drive creativity. She approaches every project with a mix of analytical rigor and imaginative thinking, uncovering a brand’s unique DNA and translating it into a roadmap for measurable success.
